Tools for Reliability in FloorVision

PAT for Final Test
We also provide real-time PAT capabilities for final test. One of the principals of Mfg Vision was an invited panellist at the reliability workshop of the International Test Conference in Atlantic City in the year 2000, specifically introducing the concept of real time outlier detection in Final Test. Infineon of Munich, Germany is a lead customer of Mfg Vision for Real Time PAT in Final Test.
